As a member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group, Kasey focuses on a broad range of complex, commercial litigation matters. He is actively involved in preparation for and attendance at trial, evidentiary hearings, motions hearings, mediations, and depositions. Prior to joining Smolker Bartlett, Kasey served on active duty with the United States Coast Guard where he held positions as a flight crew member on the HH-65C, Avionics Electronics Technician, Operations Officer for the Presidential Honor Guard, Journeyman Marine Inspector, Domestic Vessels Branch Chief, and Command Duty Officer. Currently, Kasey serves in the United States Coast Guard Reserve as CG Legal Officer.
