Clay focuses his practice on a broad range of complex matters in the areas of property rights, inverse condemnation, land use and zoning, water law, environmental law and other general real estate matters. Clay has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and preparing for and attending hearings and trials. In addition to his litigation experience, Clay also has experience in handling various real estate transactional and development matters.
